The Alaskan Hook & Line Difference
We use only wild fish that lives its
entire life in the pristine waters of the North Pacific, free
from human intervention, and living life as nature
intended. A well managed, sustainable fishery
resource, certified by the Marine Stewardship Council.

Harvested in the ocean when the salmon
are at their peak in firmness and flavor. All branded fish are certified as hook
& line-caught and processed and packed according to strict
quality standards, which are followed by all Association
members.

These salmon offer a more robust salmon
flavor with a leaner, cleaner taste, as compared to farmed
salmon. This special fishery represents only two
percent of the total Alaska salmon harvest, providing unique &
exclusive opportunities for promotion.
